The firm's principal, W. Randolph Shump, Esq., is a former IRS Trial Attorney and Attorney Advisor with the Treasury's Office of Chief Counsel. He also served many years as a Revenue Agent for the IRS and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1992.
