Background: Jeff's practice encompasses both federal and state tax law. He assists families and businesses with audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, franchise, sales and use, property, and estate taxes. When advising clients, Jeff considers the client’s personal, business, tax, and accounting needs. Additionally, Jeff provides counsel on legal and tax issues surrounding estate planning, business formation, corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and property transfers. Prior to joining our firm, Jeff worked for the law firm of Ober|Kaler. Jeff holds the volunteer position of Legal Counsel for the Maryland Junior Chamber (the “Jaycees”) and is active in the Towson Junior Chamber.
