Our firm's principal attorney, W. Randolph Shump, Esq., is a former IRS trial lawyer and advisor with the Treasury's Office of Chief Counsel. Mr. Shump also served nearly a decade as a revenue agent for the IRS. As an attorney who has worked for the IRS, Mr. Shump has a deeper and richer understanding of tax law and tax procedure than other attorneys.
