W. Randolph Shump
Mr. Shump founded the Shump Law Firm, PC to serve the tax, business and legal needs of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. The Firm has grown at a rate of 100% per year, since 2004, and continues to enjoy the same robust growth in the Baltimore area. Mr. Shump is a former IRS Trial Attorney and Advisor and has represented the IRS in the U.S. Tax Court during his tenure at Office of Chief Counsel. He also has several years of experience as an IRS Revenue Agent and has conducted examinations requiring a mastery of many broad areas of tax law. Furthermore, Mr. Shump has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992.
