He served nearly a decade as a Revenue Agent for the IRS and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1992. In additional to his law degree, Mr. Shump has post-graduate education in taxation.

Mr. Shump assists individuals and businesses with audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, franchise, sales and use, property, and estate taxes. Additionally, he provides counsel on legal and tax issues surrounding estate planning, business formation, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and property transfers.
